The Young and the Restless
It is a very sad time for Justin Gaston, his wife Melissa Ordway and their entire family.
Gaston (ex-Ben, Days of Our Lives) shared on social media the sad news that his father has passed away. He posted a photo of himself holding his father’s hand, along with a heartfelt message about mortality and love.
The actor shared that his father had beaten cancer twice in his life when he was a young man and again when he was 30.
“He was truly a walking miracle,” Gaston wrote of his father. “He was tired and he fought as hard as he could this time and I am glad he is at peace and in paradise. I miss you, but I know I will see you soon. I love you.”
Ordway (Abby, The Young and the Restless) re-posted her husband’s touching post, adding, “I honestly can’t believe it. We lost a remarkable man today. Please take a minute to read these beautiful words. I love you @jmichaelgaston 💛”
