Man Trouble: Does Sharon Deserve a Front Burner Romance On The Young and the Restless?

Sharon is back on the front burner on The Young and the Restless. But, it’s as part of her story with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) covering up JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) murder and burying his body.

She was going to re-re-re-re-marry Nick (Joshua Morrow), but learning he slept with Phyllis led Sharon (Sharon Case) to dump him at the altar.

Now, she’d just started a will-they-or-won’t-they flirtation with Rey (Jordi Vilasuso), when his wife, Mia (Noemi Gonzalez), showed up and Rey resolved to make the marriage work.

Does Sharon deserve a front-burner romance? What almost 8,000 fans want to see:

Bring On the Love
We’d love it, 71% of the audience cheers. Sharon and Nick definitely have some unfinished business – so do Sharon and Dylan (Steve Burton) for that matter.

Now that Nick knows Nikki killed JT, he’ll be pulled back into Sharon’s orbit sooner than later. Phyllis will hate it, but the fans might enjoy a revival of this decades-old triangle.

And then there’s Rey. Mia may be talking a great game about renewing their vows and a fresh start, but it’s obvious she’s still hung up on Arturo (Jason Canela). And even if she doesn’t want him, she clearly wants him to want her – and not Abby (Melissa Ordway).

Rey deserves better, and Sharon just may be it!

Love-Less
Sharon can take it easy, 29% of you put the brakes on. Lying about JT should keep her busy enough, as should disapproving of Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks).

Sharon and Nick are played out. You don’t want to see another stroll down that road.

And Rey comes with a ton of baggage – and a wife who doesn’t give up easily. Sharon doesn’t need to provoke Mia. Mrs. Rosales isn’t worth it. And neither is this story.
