Love Actually: Is It Time For Jack To Get Romantic on The Young and the Restless (YR)?

The Young and the Restless (YR) has kept Jack pretty busy lately.

His mother is slowly losing her memory, and Dina (Marla Adams) told Jack (Peter Bergman) that John wasn’t his biological father.

Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is furious about the Blood Abbott Jabot Clause, and Jack lost his CEO position, to boot. Kyle (Michael Mealor) didn’t follow his dad’s lead in submitting his resignation, and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) pulled back when he tried to kiss her. Because she still loves that loser, Billy (Jason Thompson).

Jack desperately needs a bright spot in all that gloom. Could a new romance be the answer? Here’s how almost 5,000 of you feel about the possibility.

It’s a Landslide!
Heck, yeah, a whopping 95% of you shout! Jack is a rich, sexy, witty guy – with great hair. So why is he sitting alone at night, twiddling his thumbs?

It’s a shame that chemistry with Hilary (Mishael Morgan) never got fully explored or that Phyllis and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) are still attached to those losers of theirs. But there are plenty of fish in the sea!

Sharon (Sharon Case) should be available again soon. And what about Lauren (Tracey Bregman)? Just because Jack turned down buying Fenmore’s once doesn’t mean they can’t work together on another project, and then… who knows?

Stay Focused
A tiny 4% is more interested in Jack’s paternity puzzle than in any new women. Why tease us with a big reveal, then drop the thread completely? Is he a Chancellor? A Newman? Yes, that theory has been floated.

How about a Brooks or a Foster? (Yes, there were other Genoa City families before the Abbotts and Newmans took over.) Or is Dina just confused and Jack is really an Abbott, after all? We all know how tamper-proof DNA tests are on soaps.
