Are Justin Hartley’s Days on Young and the Restless Almost Over?

When news broke that Justin Hartley landed a primetime gig, fans immediatelt worried about his status on “The Young and the Restless.”

Speculation over whether the actor would remain with the show became a daily hot topic. Now, social media rumors have everyone anxious that Hartley will wrap up taping soon.

According to SoapFansUnited, Hartley may tape his final scene as Adam Newman as early as next month and leave Y&R behind to focus on his role in “This Is Us” on NBC. The “insider forum” claims you’ll last see Hartley’s Adam at summer’s end.

Adding fuel to this fire is a recent Celebrity Dirty Laundry story claiming “All My Children” star Aiden Turner was screen testing opposite Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea).

But, is any of this really true, or are both stories fabricated to get fans riled up? There’s still no confirmation from Y&R or Hartley as to whether he’s remaining with the show. CBS stated that they won’t comment on his, or any actors’, current status.

Without any official word but with rumors dominating social media, the Y&R fanbase is waiting to see if the popular star will remain part of the supercouple known as “Chadam.”
