The Young and the Restless plans quite a tribute episode and story for Kristoff St. John and Neil Winters next month.
Shemar Moore, who played Malcolm Winters, Neil’s beloved brother and sometimes-rival will be back as his character in a brand-new storyline that will end the decades-long tale of Neil Winters.
How the show plans to write out the character has yet to be seen as YR is trying to keep information under wraps.
St. John was last seen as Neil in a story on February 7, but also appeared in flashbacks on Melody Thomas Scott’s 40th-anniversary episode.
Victoria Rowell, who played Drucilla, Neil’s longtime wife and arguably the love of his life, will appear as herself in a special tribute to the actor.
Mishael Morgan, whose Hilary died last year, will also appear as herself in the same St. John tribute.
According to Soaps.com, the tribute will be similar to the one the show produced for Jeanne Cooper (Katherine Chancellor) after her passing.
St. John passed away the night of February 3 at age 52 due to a condition called hypertrophic heart disease.
The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
