Only Victor and Chelsea know that Adam is Christian’s biological father on The Young and the Restless (YR). But as Victor’s animosity toward Nicholas heats up, could he be about to blow the ruse?
Victor (Eric Braeden) has the power to blow up Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) relationship with one simple sentence: Chelsea has known for ages that you are not Christian’s father.
Of course, finding out that Victor also knew was motivation enough for Victor to remain quiet – but that was back when he gave a damn about having a good relationship with his son. Now that he doesn’t – it makes him dangerous.
Soap Hub asked if you think Nick will learn the truth this month, and your answer should be alarming – to Chelsea.
Victor As Scrooge
After over 4,500 votes were tallied, 74% of you believe that this father of all secrets will be revealed and will ruin the holidays for Nick and Chelsea. Of course, there’s a chance that the paternity secret could be revealed without Chelsea being implicated.
It may be enough for Victor just to rip Christian away from Nick without screwing things up for Chelsea… at least for now. After all, Victor wouldn’t want to lose his ability to see grandson Connor. Ruining Chelsea’s life would certainly put that in jeopardy.
Happy Holidays
Then again, 26% of you can’t believe the show could be that cruel as to ruin the holidays for Nick and Christian. Nope, not happening… yet.
Sure, Victor might be lurking in the wings, waiting to pounce, but even though he is ruthless – he isn’t completely cruel. No, this tidbit will be saved for a better time in 2018. And when it does – all hell will break loose.
