Love makes the world go round on every soap, and The Young and the Restless is no exception. Adam (Mark Grossman), on the other hand, has put love on the back burner as he’s been obsessed with revenge – and self-pity.
The Young and the Restless Polling
Now that he’s decided he’s not going to blow up Victor (Eric Braeden) and Co – at this time – and gone back to trying to charm Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), we heard from over 4,000 fans about whether that’s a good idea.
Head for the Hills!
Oh, my, god, no, 82% of the audience is cringing in anticipation. Any woman who would be willing to get within fifty feet of Adam is out of her mind. Thankfully, Chelsea turned down his suggestion that they go visit Connor (Judah Mackey) together and “reconnect.” And Sharon full-out made Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) propose to her so she wouldn’t be tempted to run back to Adam every time he put on his favorite sads face.
But some other women may not be so wise. They might fall for the wounded puppy act and start to believe they’re the only ones who can heal him. They should ask Sharon and Chelsea how that goes.
Wounded Warrior
A much smaller 18% of you are definitely down with the above. Aw, look at poor, sad, Adam. He’s not bad… he’s just misunderstood. His daddy abandoned him! His mommy was blind! His siblings didn’t embrace him with open arms, and that big meanie, Billy (Jason Thompson), just keeps going on and on about his dead daughter. Adam didn’t mean to kill her, OK? How long is he supposed to keep hearing about it?
If you were in Adam’s life, you could make him feel better about everything. You’d make him so happy he wouldn’t even think about blowing up his dad. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
