Fans Are Crystal Clear on What They Want for Ashley and Dina – Do You Agree?

Dina made her triumphant return to Genoa City on The Young and the Restless (YR) complete with a shocking announcement about Mergeron Cosmetics on GC Buzz.

Ashley (Eileen Davidson) found quite a shock when she let herself into Jack’s house finding Dina instead. While Dina (Marla Adams) looked ready to make amends for all her past wrongs, Ashley looked none too thrilled to see her mother.

Soap Hub asked fans to weigh in on whether Ashley should reunite with her mother while she has the chance.

Mommy Dearest
After a lifetime of neglect and poor treatment, 59% of you believe Ashley is better off without her mother in her life. Not only did Dina lie to her about her biological father for years but she also abandoned both Ashley and Jack (Peter Bergman). Plus, she’s never even met her granddaughter Abby (Melissa Ordway).

Ashley is a strong woman, and she’s dealt with enough disappointment from mommy dearest in her life. You believe this blonde bombshell is simply better off without the momma drama in her life! She’d be better off staying estranged from Dina.

Mother Knows Best
While you know Dina made big mistakes earlier in life, 41% of you want to see Ashley and Dina bury the hatchet and develop a late-life mother/daughter relationship. Perhaps Dina is dying and wants to make amends. Or, maybe she’s realized that life is short and she wants to spend her golden years with her children and grandchildren.
