General Hospital (GH) has been known for its share of crazy characters in the past. Remember when Mikkos Cassadine tried to freeze the world?
These days, no one is freezing Port Charles but there’s still plenty of dangerous cray-cray to go around. Soap Hub asked fans whose particular brand of crazy seems the most lethal.
Silent But Deadly
After over 3,000 votes were tallied, 66% chose that lone wolf of a Cassadine, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), as the most lethal.
After all, he did take lots of people hostage, he shot Kevin (Jon Lindstrom), made Claudette disappear, and he killed Nikolas – his own relative!
If he’s willing to kill family, then you know all bets are off. He has had Anna (okay, Alex) in his crosshairs recently and Lulu seriously ticks him off. You don’t know what he will do next!
Mafia Princess
The Cassadines aren’t the only dastardly family in town. It seems that 16% believe that Ava Jerome (Maura West) is the most dangerous. Just ask Morgan Corinthos. Oh wait… you can’t! Ask Connie… oh wait… you can’t.

If she’s not killing people, she’s attempting to by mowing them down with her car or ordering someone else to do it. Better not turn your back on this one.
Baby Snatcher
Still, 12% know that Nina (Michelle Stafford) cannot be trusted – especially if she wants your child. Just ask Ava (yes, she’s dangerous too but she can still swear to this), who Nina injected with a paralytic substance so she could steal her unborn baby.
She also bludgeoned Madeline over the head with a lamp. Nina’s also been known to blackmail folks to get what she wants. Bottom line – watch out!
The Exes
Of course, 7% believe the most lethal Port Charles denizen has to be Franco (Roger Howarth). He will turn around and tell you that it’s not true – that it was the brain tumor that made him a maniac.
Sam and Jason may beg to differ. Neither trust him and considering how close he’s grown to Elizabeth (and therefore Jake, Jason’s son), they are watching his every move!
