After a huge pile of lying sobs about how she came to fake her death and kill a man on The Young and the Restless, Phyllis got a slap on the wrist. Instead of jail time, she got probation and community service. But where will she spread her goodwill in Genoa City? We have three suggestions.

Phyllis Summers: Home Is Where the Heart Is

Is Nicholas (Joshua Morrow) still building housing for the homeless? Folks who’ve lived on the streets need a lot more help than just a roof over their heads. They need job training, interview practice, tips on budgeting, clothing, and medical care. Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) can go work at Nick’s New Hope. Maybe she’ll find out that your daughter moving out of the country is not the worst thing that can happen to a person. Maybe she’ll find out what real suffering actually is.

Y&R: Tea and Sympathy

The hottest spot to get all of your mental health needs taken care of is at Crimson Lights. Not only do you get your head shrunk, but it comes with coffee and a muffin. Alas, licensed therapist Sharon (Sharon Case) is overwhelmed with clients. She could use a helper.

Phyllis can volunteer there. When folks come to share their problems, Phyllis can explain to them how they are not responsible for anything that happens to them, it’s always the other person’s fault, and here is how we are going to get back at them. Really? Get out your phone and take notes.

Phyllis Summers: First Aid

Whatever happened to the clinic where Elena (Brytni Sarpy) and Nate (Sean Dominic) had sex? They’re both busy with other things now. So maybe Phyllis can take over. Since she’s not qualified to give any kind of medical service, she can reorganize their computer system. And do the cleaning. After all, between the sick people and the sexcapades, we bet those surfaces are filthy. And filthy has never been afraid of wallowing in filth.
