The Young and the Restless has caught podcast fever! Billy Abbott launched one a few weeks ago and we’ve been told his middle-of-the-night ramblings about evil rich people are a huge hit (do the listeners know he’s also an evil rich person?).

Young and the Restless: Podcasts ‘R’ Us

Now, Adam Newman has convinced Victor Newman that they should jump on that bandwagon. What will Adam’s podcast be about? Will he rail against evil rich people who start podcasts railing against evil rich people?

And if Adam’s (Mark Grossman) podcast is a hit, will other characters launch their own? Here are our predictions for what each one will talk about:

For Y&R Ladies Only

Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier): How To Have It All. Join the heiress to not one, but two of Genoa City’s wealthy families as she takes you step-by-step through the process of how to obtain your dream job (have someone connected pull strings for you), your dream man (a little blackmail is a big turn-on), and raise your dream child (nannies are super-helpful, any woman claiming to be overworked and stressed out should really look into it). You’re welcome.

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil): Rebuilding Your Live After Prison — With Only a Few Million Dollars To Start. It’ll be fun, with lots of easy chatter and advice about merging huge corporations in only a week.

What do you think? Post a comment!

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope): The Latest Fashions. No, Really, That’s All I’m Going To Talk About. Everybody loves fashion…especially when they can’t see it and only listen to someone else talk about it.

Young and the Restless: For the Gentlemen

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James): Fatherhood Made Easy. You don’t need a relationship to have a child! Just volunteer to be a friend’s sperm donor with no strings, then completely change your mind. You’ll get a baby without having to pretend to be interested in the mother or even deal with the inconvenience of pregnancy (a surrogate really helps, here).

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic): Changing Careers Mid-Life, No Prior Experience Necessary! How to have your ideas taken seriously by your family…um…co-workers/bosses…even though you’ve been doing this for all of five minutes!
