Who Kidnapped Adam Newman?

A kidnapper is roaming Genoa City and took Adam Newman (Justin Hartley) right from his condo hallway. The Young and the Restless (Y&R) fan favorite has no shortage of enemies and it might be hard for his family to track down just who took him?
 
Has the Santori family kidnapped Adam as collateral damage? Luca’s dad is a super dangerous man, and if he discovered Adam’s master plan to take him down, there’s no doubt he’d seek retribution. Did Luca cave and spill all to his father? Adam played double agent, so it’s entirely possible Luca did the same.
 
Rumor has it that Marco Annicelli is dead, but is he faking his demise so he could return to Genoa City and exact his revenge against everyone who wronged him? He’s powerful enough to have escaped a life in prison before, so there’s no doubt that he can do it again.
 

There’s also a very real possibility that Victor himself is the culprit. Spoilers reveal that Victor seems shocked when he and Chelsea learn that Adam never reached the Newman jet, but is this just an act? Victor has done some very shady things in the past, and this would be right up his alley.
 
Let’s not forget super villain Ian Ward. Adam thwarted all his plans to take down Victor and left him for dead on the rooftop. Is he back to finish what he started?
 
In a shocking twist, social media rumors swirl that the real Gabe Bingham may somehow make his way back to Genoa City. The silver spoon man may have also faked his death, and now wants to find Sage, who’s the love of his life. Maybe he kidnapped Adam after learning that Adam now has his face.
