Soap Hub Performer Of The Week For Y&R: Zuleyka Silver

The Young and the Restless viewers know that Audra Charles is out for herself and herself only. She wants power at all costs, and she’s willing to attach herself to any powerful man in Genoa City to achieve it. For her performance, Soap Hub Performer of the Week honors for Y&R is presented to Audra’s portrayer, Zuleyka Silver.

This week, Kyle (Michael Mealor) asked his wife to move out and went hunting for a distraction. He sure found one in the form of Audra. Always keeping an eye out for something that benefits her, Audra instantly realized she might have an opportunity with the morose Kyle.

Silver showed off Audra’s flirty side with her enticing body language and facial expressions. Her tone of voice as Audra talked to Kyle made it quite clear that Audra was ready and willing. Her delivery of the lines helped push a double entendre in some instances.

All it took for Audra to get Kyle to come upstairs after they’d said goodbye in the lobby at the GCAC was a nice slow walk that carefully showed off her assets and a longing, come hither look. Silver pulled it off perfectly, and Kyle was enticed.

Then, after they enjoyed some adult time, Audra was able to keep him interested by her aloof attitude, and Silver hit all the right notes with that very obvious switch too. Of course, the next day when she ran across him at Crimson Lights, the actress revealed Audra’s scheming when she took a step back, thought, and then walked right over to Kyle and sexily whispered “hi” into Kyle’s ear.

Bravo on an excellent performance, Zuleyka Silver. We can’t wait to see what Audra gets up to next as she continues her quest for power.
