Missing Link: Where Is Ashley Abbott on The Young and the Restless?

Tucker returned to The Young and the Restless without new bride Ashley. He wouldn’t say where she is. She isn’t answering her brother Jack’s calls or her daughter Abby’s calls. Does that sound like Ashley? Where has she gone? Here are five possible theories. Which one is your favorite?

Ashley Abbott: Separate Lives

Chill, people. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is fine. She doesn’t have to go everywhere Tucker (Trevor St. John) goes. They aren’t joined at the hip. Ashley has always been an independent woman, and Tucker is a laid-back kind of guy. He left her behind in France to get some work done while he came to Genoa City to deal with his own issues. He’s just messing with Jack (Peter Bergman), wanting to keep him on edge.

And why does Tucker want to keep Jack on edge? Because Ashley is back on her, I hate Diane (Susan Walters) kick. She’s come up with a new way to get her sister-in-law out of the family company, and part of the plot involves her and Tucker faking Ashley’s disappearance so that Jack will be too busy investigating his brother-in-law and not notice what Ashley is doing behind the scenes at Jabot.

Y&R: Love Me Do

It’s possible that Ashley met up with an old beau in Paris. Someone like Cole, who used to be married to Victoria (Amelia Heinle)…and Victoria’s one-time stepmother. Or maybe it was Victor’s brother, Matt? Ashley’s own stepbrother, Marc? Ridge and/or Rick Forrester from Los Angeles? Or, perhaps Stitch Rayburn, who is on the run for what he did to Abby (Melissa Ordway). The point is that there are many people she could have dumped Tucker for. And he’s just too proud to admit it.

Young and the Restless: Hide and Seek

Based on how Audra (Zuleyka Silver) still looks at Tucker, would it surprise anyone if she had his wife kidnapped? Kyle (Michael Mealor) is just a fling. Nate (Sean Dominic) is a dead end. Audra finally realized where her best chances for fortune lie. And she isn’t about to let Ashley stand in her way.

Ashley Abbott: We’re All in This Together

Or Tucker and Audra have been in cahoots all along. This has been a long con. One which ends with Ashley dead and dumped in the Seine…and Audra and Tucker taking over the world. Starting with Jabot.
