Audra Charles has been bustling about The Young and the Restless for months now, and the main things we know about her are that she is a whip-smart businesswoman, she’s Noah Newman’s ex, and she’s in cahoots with Tucker McCall to do some whip-smart, cahootsy business things. But her portrayer Zuleyka Silver seems capable of more than that, and Y&R would be wise to take advantage in the following ways.
Young and the Restless: DNA Test
So far, she’s not connected to anyone on the canvas in any meaningful way. But this is Genoa City – everyone needs a blood relative to keep them tethered. Since she’s already slept with members of the Newman and Chancellor families, that leaves only the Abbotts for her blood ties.
Could she be a long-lost daughter of Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) – we vote for crazy Patty Williams, just to make things interesting. Or a child Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) somehow forgot about? The woman gets amnesia pretty regularly…it could happen! Poor Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) lost her only child; could Audra heal those wounds?
Working For A Y&R Living
Jill Foster Abbott (Jess Walton) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) thought Audra was working for them. We know she’s actually working for Tucker (Trevor St. John). But what if she’s actually playing them all and her ultimate boss is yet to be revealed? Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers)? Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard)? A still-alive Ashland Locke (Robert Newman)? Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner)? Let’s kick this up a notch!
Audra Charles: Love, American Style
We know that Audra had a relationship with Noah (Rory Gibson) which ended with him ghosting her and never knowing she had a miscarriage. But Audra seems so, so out of his league, we can’t even imagine what she saw in the whiny child. As for Tucker, we know it’s just business – with benefits – between them.
Audra needs a man of her caliber who can challenge her emotionally and mentally. We saw the chem test with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). Meh…it was OK. But let’s also give her a trial run with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), Daniel Romalotti (Daniel Graziadei), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) before we make up our minds. Which scenario would you like? Let us know in the comments section below.
