Now that’s she won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Guest Performer in a Drama Series, should Eve LaRue sign full-time with The Young and the Restless?
The last time we saw Celeste, she and daughter Lola (Sasha Calle) were at odds over Celeste resuming her relationship with Lola’s deadbeat dad, Adrian. Lola, who was newly married and thus believed she understood all matters of the heart SO much better than her ancient mother ever could, refused to listen to Celeste’s explanations.
The Young and the Restless Take Two
However, now that Lola’s husband, Kyle (Michael Mealor), has dumped after less than a single year of marriage, maybe Lola will admit that she isn’t quite the love guru she presumed herself to be. Maybe she’ll even listen to her mama for once.
I’ve Got a Lot Of Living To Do
But Celeste Rosales is good for more than just giving her daughter a talking to and babysitting Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) and Arturo’s (Jason Canela) offscreen newborn. Celeste Rosales is a hot woman in her prime. And Genoa City has quite a few men who’d be lucky to have her!
Let’s Meet Candidates For Celeste
Jack (Peter Bergman) is an obvious contender. They can squabble over the kids, then decide… kids who? How would Lola and Kyle react to going from spouses to step-siblings? And how would Summer (Hunter King) feel about it?
Victor (Eric Braeden) likes to try out every new woman in town. He and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) have been happy for much too long now.
Billy (Jason Thompson) has been looking for new and exciting ways to be bad. Dating an older woman would upset Jill (Jess Walton). And as long as Billy can upset somebody, he’s happy.
Finally, Michael (Christian J. Le Blanc) hasn’t had much story lately. Lauren (Tracey Bregman) is due to bring her claws out of hibernation… Eva LaRue’s Celeste would be a perfect foil. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
