Once upon a time on The Young and the Restless, Elena seemed sensible, didn’t she? She was a doctor, she was taking care of her uncle, she was taking it slow with Devon. Everything was going her way.

Until she decided that a deserted medical clinic was the ideal place and time to have sex with Nate, her boyfriend’s cousin. And it all kind of went downhill from there. First, Elena (Brytni Sarpy) confessed what she’d done to Devon (Bryton James). And was shocked when he threw her out. Then, Elena started dating Nate (Sean Dominic). But went over to Devon’s and ended up sleeping with him.
Elena clearly doesn’t know who she wants – or what’s good for her. Luckily, Over 4,000 fans are here to pick up the slack:

First Love
A majority 66% of you think Elena was right the first time – and the third time – when she chose Devon. He’s a nice, good-looking and rich guy. Quite frankly, there is nothing wrong with him. (Save his conviction that his late wife, Hilary, was a saint, which she most certainly was not but, hey, his delusion isn’t hurting anybody.) A woman would be a fool to cheat on him. But not with him.
Back-Up Guy
He’s Nate the Great, according to a smaller 20% of the audience. He’s happy to take Elena as she is, insane insecurities and all, and, most importantly, he isn’t always comparing her to a dead saint. As long as she’s second choice for Devon, Elena might as well go with her second choice, Nate.

Devon’s little brother and Nate’s cousin, Moses, is coming to town – just in time for 14% to vote that Elena should take up with someone new. She can have the best of both worlds! Someone she doesn’t have a history with… and yet still a member of her favorite family… (But how old is he supposed to be, anyway?) The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS.
