A BABY For Hilary On The Young and the Restless? Is That Even Sane?

Hilary’s been feeling maternal heartstrings tugging at her as of late, given the time she’s spent with baby Sam on The Young and the Restless (YR). She’s now talking about having a little one of her own!

Mommie Dearest
The majority of you, 68%, feel that no, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) should not have a baby. Right now, Hilary’s in the honeymoon stage in her thoughts as to what it’d be like to have a child.

She’s taken Sam out for a stroll in a carriage and smiled at him. But has she really thought about what it’d be like to do the day-to-day caring of an infant? Changing diapers? Sleepless nights? Crying? Plus, she’d be doing this as a solo act.

Babies Are Wonderful
Of course, all the parents who do the caring and nurturing of a baby — despite the workload — often call it the most rewarding experience of their lives. That’s why the rest of you, 32%, voted that yes, Hilary should have a baby!

She could always bring her little one to work and/or do webcasts from the comfort of her own home. Hilary could also hire a nanny (or a hunky “manny”) to help her out when she needs it!

What’s Your Name, Who’s Your Daddy?
If Hilary does go ahead and become a mom, she’s going to need either a donor or a man who wants to go with her on this journey. There’s Devon (Bryton James) with whom she shares a history and he’d be able to financially support the child.

Cane (Daniel Goddard) is still plenty virile to produce offspring as we’ve seen with Sam, but it’s probably best for him to hold off on any more kids for a while. Hilary finding the right guy is a story all its own!
