Massive Spoilers: Will Bill Cause Liam’s Death On The Bold And The Beautiful?

“Don’t touch that dial!” takes on a whole new meaning when Bill Spencer presses the button to demolish Spectra Fashions so his big, tall tower can be built on The Bold and the Beautiful. But in the process, Bill may be causing the death of his son Liam!

According to the November 13 issue of Soap Opera Digest, Don Diamont (Bill) says that the matter becomes “deadly serious when Bill realizes the gravity of the situation.”

Trigger Happy
Bill’s set to press the button that will demolish the building that Spectra Fashions calls home, but he’s unaware that Liam and Sally are still inside as part of a peaceful protest, hoping against hope that they can stop Bill from blowing up the building. Other members of the Spectra gang got out, but it could be curtains for Liam and Sally!

Past Behavior
It’s arguably odd that Liam feels the sit-in may work. His father has gone to great lengths to bring down Spectra before (remember the arson?), so who’s to say that Bill won’t go even further to get what he wants.

“Liam certainly doesn’t think that Bill would purposely murder his own son, or anyone else for that matter, just for a piece of property,” Clifton tells the magazine.

Best Laid Plans
Bill having Liam’s life (and Sally’s) in his hands is a scary situation. Bill’s relentless in his pursuit of what he wants (his tower) and Liam’s passionate about doing the right thing (letting Sally hang onto her building).

Those two facts are about to collide and the result could be Bill gaining a building but losing one of his sons in the process!

The Law’s On His Side
Ironically, Bill’s got the law on his side this time. In the past, he committed arson and no one got physically hurt (save Sally inhaling some smoke).

This time, Bill may be within his legal rights to implode Spectra, but because his son is inside the building he may very well cause his death. And if that happens, Bill will be given a sentence of guilt that will last a lifetime.
