Liam is paying the price for confessing his crime of hitting and killing poor Vinny with his dad’s car on The Bold and the Beautiful. Not surprisingly, he’s been taken into custody, which leaves his wife Hope alone with her kids.
Who should come by Hope’s home and comfort her during this difficult time? Soap Hub posed this question to BB fans. Read on for the results.
Over two-thirds of you, 66%, say that Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) should be the one to comfort Hope during this crisis. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) has been in some jams with the law over the years so Brooke can certainly understand what Hope is going through. Brooke can make sure nobody comes around hoping to take advantage of her daughter at this time, too. She has Hope’s best interests at heart.
A little over 20% of you think that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) should step up and comfort Hope at this time. This doesn’t mean Thomas should try to seduce her away from Liam (Scott Clifton). Thomas’s son Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) lives with Hope; it’s only natural that he’ll pop over to see his son. Thomas has maintained that he only wants Hope to be happy with Liam. Now is his chance to prove it.
There was a time that Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Hope were happily married and expecting a child. She miscarried and left town. Wyatt’s moved on to a romance with high school girlfriend Flo (Katrina Bowden) and the two are engaged to be married. As Liam’s brother, Wyatt would be an ideal candidate to step in and comfort Hope and go head to head against Thomas if he tried any funny business. About 10% of you chose Wyatt to be Hope’s pal during this time.
The rest of you, just under 4%, think that Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) should step in and comfort Hope. Not only could he offer some legal advice to Hope, but he could also use a break from the Quinn (Rena Sofer) and Zoe (Kiara Barnes) drama. No one is going to suspect that Carter had a fling with Quinn if he’s spending time with another woman.
