Who Needs a Storyline Right Now on The Bold and the Beautiful?

The blessing and the curse of The Bold and the Beautiful is that it’s a half-hour long. No sooner does the show start than it ends and viewers are left wanting more! Alas, that means that some characters shift to the back burner while other stories are cooking!

The Bold and the Beautiful Backburner Blues

The show has some stories on full blast right now. Will Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) keep her overnight sleepover with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) a secret from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye)? Will Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) have their dreams come true by having parents Ridge and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) get back together? How will Grace’s (Cassandra Creech) presence in Los Angeles affect her daughter Paris Buckingham (Diamond White)? Soap Hub, however, asked B&B fans who they’d like to see get a story? Read on for the results!

It’s Time To “Baite” And Switch

Interestingly, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) came in first and second with your votes with, respectively, 35% and 34% scores. We can think of a way B&B can satisfy both of these camps! Put Bill and Katie back in a front-burner tale. The characters don’t necessarily have to be reunited romantically but if their son Will is in conflict, his parents might have to start interacting to set things right.

The Bold and the Beautiful Middle Child

Some of you, about 11%, want to see Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) take center stage. She deeply loves Eric Forrester (John McCook), her beloved “Honey Bear,” but Eric is content in his marriage with Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer). There are other men whom Donna could be involved with including Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and also Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears), her ex-husband.

The rest of you want to see story for Quinn and Eric, who earned, respectively 11% and 9% of your vote. While it’s great that Eric and Quinn were able to move past his pushing her away and her subsequent affair with Carter, you feel it’s time for these two to take center stage once more. Quinn fans, especially, would appreciate seeing her reaction when the news of Brooke’s kiss with Deacon comes to light. After all the criticism Brooke threw towards Quinn, it’ll be must-see TV when Brooke’s smooch becomes public knowledge.
