You can’t miss a minute on The Bold and the Beautiful these days. One minute Ridge Forrester was telling Brooke Logan Forrester that she was his ‘Logan’ and the next, he’s sliding off his wedding ring and spending the night with Taylor Hayes.
The Bold and the Beautiful Change In The Air
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) was stunned when Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) rushed to the side of Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) when she came upon the two men brawling in the Il Giardino supply closet.
He had an epiphany that he wasn’t going to reach an understanding with Brooke on this, so he made a beeline over to see his ex, Taylor (Krista Allen), took off his wedding ring, and spent the night. Should Ridge have done this without thinking it over? Soap Hub asked B&B fans to weigh in on this.
Psychiatrist, Heal Thyself
The majority of you, over 55%, say that Taylor is the one who made the mistake. How many times did she find herself odd-woman out in the Ridge Forrester Love Sweepstakes?
Even if she weren’t a psychiatrist, Taylor should know that Ridge was on the rebound. She’d have been within her rights to ask her ex, “How many times has it been over between you and Brooke?” If Ridge breaks Taylor’s heart again, she’ll have no one to blame but herself.
The Bold and the Beautiful: The Right and the Righteous
Many of you, about 25%, feel that Ridge is making the right choice. He knows Brooke will never change. If she’s not drawn to Deacon, it’ll be Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Or his half-brother, Nick Marone (Jack Wagner). Or someone else. Ridge knows Taylor will be faithful. If it weren’t for her being taken away by Prince Omar (Kabir Bedi), Ridge and Taylor would still be together. Now, their reunion can proceed.
A Bridge Too Far
The rest of you, approximately 20%, feel that Ridge made a mistake. He’s going to calm down and forgive Brooke once he finds out that this whole chain of events was started by Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
She drugged Brooke by spiking her New Year’s Eve “non-alcoholic” bubbly with the real thing. Ridge will vent his frustration on Sheila once he discovers what she did. And then, he’ll reunite with Brooke. That’s how you feel this will unfold.
