The pain and pleasure of The Bold and the Beautiful is that the show is only 30 minutes in length each day. As a result, viewers are often left wanting to see more of their favorites, including the Spencer men — Bill Spencer and his sons Wyatt and Liam.
Bold and the Beautiful: Eye on Spencers
Bill (Don Diamont) is a force to be reckoned with, as he doesn’t stop until he gets what he wants. Liam (Scott Clifton) has been sought after by both Hope (Annika Noelle) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in the past, but both women are currently tied to other men. Wyatt (Darin Brooks) is still engaged to Flo, but we haven’t seen her in quite a while. Which of these men needs to be thrust onto the front burner? Soap Hub posed this question to B&B fans.
Lonely Liam
Liam scored the lowest with about 5% of your vote. This isn’t because Liam isn’t liked, but let’s face it, the guy is still appearing on our screens regularly. He’s facing off against Finn (Tanner Novlan) over Steffy. And we’re not quite sure the door is closed for good on his life with Hope — certainly not as long as Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) is in Hope’s life.
Bold and Beautiful: Hope for Wyatt’s Future
Eagle-eyed B&B viewers have noticed that Wyatt no longer appears on the show’s opening credits in the photo montage. That’s too bad because Brooks brings great energy to his role as Bill’s son and Liam’s brother. Maybe a good old-fashioned love triangle with Wyatt, Liam, and Flo (Katrina Bowden) would rejuvenate the character. Or Wyatt could revisit his relationship with Katie (Heather Tom), who appears fairly conflict-free herself in terms of her life with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). About 45% of you want to see more of Wyatt.
Stallions Run Free
Most of you, 50%, want Bill back on the front burner. He’s not about to let Katie (Heather Tom) go from his life. Sure, she’s made it clear that she can’t trust him, but the Bill we know will probably keep trying to win her back. Bill had egg on his face after his plan to send Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) off to jail failed.
He might want to take another approach to see that she doesn’t ever hurt anyone again. Let’s not forget about Bill’s passion for Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). He might wake up and realize that Katie’s been right all along — Bill’s always going to care about the BeLieF creator.
