The world has changed for everyone in just a few short days as more and more of us find ourselves at home and frightened trying to keep our sanity as we don’t know what comes next. The Bold and the Beautiful star Jennifer Gareis took to social media looking for tips on how to get through this trying time as a pandemic sweeps the globe.
“We all need to find ways to laugh & smile during this difficult time! Can you give me ideas on how to do this please? There are moments that I am having trouble! #isolation #housebound #coronavirus #shutdown #pandemic #advice,” Gareis (Donna) wrote.
This Instagram post led to tons of suggestions for joy and self-care as we try to keep our minds off what’s going on around us.
“Look at photos, albums and videos of loved ones through the years. For fun, maybe play a naughty game with other adults such as Cards Against Humanity,” one follower wrote.
Another follower wished her good health and happiness: “Take good care of yourself and may God protect you from everything. May your health be the best for you and all the people you love Courage to you and to all humanity”
Many Americans are finding it hard to find hope during this time and hard to keep their mind off the never-ending deluge of bad news.
