The cast of The Bold and the Beautiful can’t assemble right now but Jacqueline MacInnes Wood came up with a great idea that involved her and her female cast members and pals showing everyone how “easy” it is to become glamorous!
Wood (Steffy) started off the video tossing a makeup brush to her “Bold Girls!!!” First, the brush goes to Annika Noelle (Hope), then to Courtney Hope (Sally), who then tosses it to Kiara Barnes (Zoe). Then, it is sent to Jennifer Gareis (Donna), who then delivers it to Karla Mosley (Maya), who then gives it to Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke). (All virtually and edited, of course.)
The BB veteran then tosses it to Heather Tom (Katie), who passes it along to Ashely Jones (Bridget), who sends it along to Katrina Bowden (Flo). Next, Bowden sends the brush to her TV mom Denise Richards (Shauna), who then passes it along to Shauna’s on-screen BFF Quinn (Rena Sofer). The final throw takes place when Sofer sends it back to Wood.
Each actress applies the brush and with the help of some video magic, shows how “easy” it is to go from their every-day look to soap star glamour! So far, the video has been a big hit with fans as it’s earned very positive comments on Wood’s feed. In fact, Tom says a member of her family loved it! “[My son] Zane [Achor, ex-Will] just watched this and said: ‘mom why don’t you have any clothes on?’ And then we got to the end with Jackie and he said: ‘whoa, yikes! She’s hot!’ …yeah… he’s seven.”
The video is scored, of course, to a sexy, sultry, slow version BB’s trademark theme. You can check it out below in Wood’s Instagram post. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
