The Bold and the Beautiful Star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Is Pregnant

Onscreen, as Steffy Forrester Finnegan, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood plays mom to daughter Kelly and son Hayes. Off-screen, the actress has big news about her real-life family!

Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Is Expecting Her Third Child

People magazine reports that Wood is going to be adding to her family as she is pregnant with her third child. Wood and her husband Elan Ruspoli are already parents to sons Lenix, 9 months, and Rise, 2. “I’m excited to announce that I am pregnant with my third child, due this spring,” Wood told People. “Elan and I dreamed of having a large family as we are both only children and are over the moon that our dreams are coming true.”

No word yet on if Wood’s pregnancy will be written into the B&B storyline. While Steffy’s mother-in-law Sheila would jump at the chance to play babysitter, shows don’t always write in every pregnancy. Veteran B&B fans recall that when Lauren Koslow (ex-Margo; Kate, Days of our Lives) was on B&B, her first pregnancy was written into the show and her second was not.

Katherine Kelly Lang’s (Brooke) first two pregnancies were written into B&B, resulting in the characters of Rick and Bridget. However, her third real-life pregnancy was not written into the show. Steffy’s daughter Kelly was fathered by Liam (Scott Clifton). Hayes’s dad is Dr. John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).

Currently, Sheila is trying to make inroads with Steffy’s family as she is the birth mother of Finn. Complicating the matter is the fact that Jack, Finn’s “adopted” dad, played by Ted King, is also Finn’s biological pop! Soap Hub congratulates Wood on her upcoming bundle of joy.
