Steffy may have decided she’s better off alone on The Bold and the Beautiful may but in real-life Jacqueline MacInnes Wood is happily married!
The actress, who plays Steffy on the half-hour CBS soaps, confirmed to Soap Opera Digest that she and fiance, Elan Ruspoli, wed over the recent B&B hiatus.
While Wood’s personal life has taken a happy turn, her on-screen life as Steffy is in turmoil!
Her marriage to Liam (Scott Clifton) fell apart after he discovered that she’d had a paternity test on her baby girl. While Liam turned out to be the dad, he couldn’t get over the other dad candidate was his own father – Bill (Don Diamont)!
“It was very small and casual,” Wood told Digest. “We can always do something bigger later, but we thought, ‘We love each other, so why wait?’”
Recently, Steffy, who has lost Liam to his pregnant ex, Hope (Annika Noelle), told Bill that she wasn’t going to marry him. Instead, she chose — herself!
