The Bold And The Beautiful Star Courtney Hope AND Sally Spectra Reach Major Milestone

It was a bold (pun intended) move trying to recreate the essence of the original Sally Spectra (played by the late, great Darlene Conley) but that’s just what The Bold and the Beautiful did when it cast Courtney Hope as Sally’s grand-niece and namesake.

It’s clear watching Hope’s winning performances that the gamble has paid off big time!

Believe it not, Hope has logged in with 200 episodes as Sally! She took to social media to celebrate this momentous occasion and to give thanks to the show for making it all possible!

“It’s been a wild two years and not enough swipes to catch all the moments!” Hope enthuses. “But here are some of my favorites and most memorable! Thanks to Brad Bell [executive producer/head writer] and everyone at Bold for the great memories!”

Like her namesake, Sally’s a firecracker with a ‘never say die’ attitude. She did her best to keep Spectra Fashions alive, but then took a hit — literally — when Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) blew up the Spectra headquarters.

But Sally’s a ‘never say die’ type gal and she’s bounced back again and again from every setback.

On the romantic front, Sally’s been matched on-screen with Thomas Forrester (the role Matthew Atkinson is about to begin playing); Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), briefly, after the duo’s near-death experience following Spectra Fashions blowing up; and, more recently, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).
