Ashley Jones isn’t a doctor, but as The Bold and the Beautiful’s Bridget, she plays one on TV. Now, the actress is speaking out on women’s health in real life in honor of National Women’s Health Week.
“#NationalWomensHealthWeek starts TODAY!” Jones posted on her Instagram page. “I love stuff like this! A lot of good info out there to inspire and encourage us to have a heart-to-heart with a loved one about health #sponsored. As we continue to shelter at home, I’m answering all your heart health-related questions in partnership with @takecholesteroltoheart. Question boxes are up in my stories!👍🏻❤️❤️.”
While being self-quarantined may hamper efforts to stay physical, Jones says: “There’s still plenty we can do at home that gets us on a good path! We’ve only got one heart, so let’s take care of it so it lasts a long time. What will you do for yourself this week that invests in your future? It could be as simple as promising to walk more or even gardening! I talk in more detail on the blog, so I really hope you will join me there!!”

Please talk with your doctor about your individual medical situation.” The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
