Adrienne Frantz, who brought her character Amber Moore to both The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless, has suffered a devastating loss.
The actress and her husband, Scott Bailey, shared on social media a recent tragedy that has broken their hearts.
Sadly, their dog Ethel has passed away. Ethel was a beautiful Labrador, whom Frantz says was 16 years old.
“Thank you my love for being such an amazing dog!” the Emmy-winning actress wrote. “I love you so much and always will!”
Bailey, who wed Frantz in 2011, thanked his wife for sharing both Ethel and their other Labrador dog, Lucy, with him. “It has been a great pleasure to Become their daddy,” the actor, who played Sandy on Guiding Light, posted. Lucy had preceded Ethel in death.
“You are no longer in pain and you get to be with Lucy today and play with endless balls and jump into endless lakes!” Frantz added.
Bailey’s video with Ethel appears to be from a commercial, so the couple made acting a family affair by including their beloved dog in their profession.
Soap Hub sends its deepest condolences to Frantz and Bailey on their loss.
