The Bold and the Beautiful recaps for July 11 – July 15, 2022, feature some sterling examples of the flight or fight response (though neither do our imperiled hero much good), a failure to connect several important dots, and more.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recaps: Monday, July 11
Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) assures Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) that he hasn’t been in contact with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) for quite some time, and he promises to alert the authorities should she make contact. Taylor reveals that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) have reunited; she and Deacon snark over the coupling.
John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) plays on Sheila’s need to be wanted and to be accepted as his mother. He seemingly convinces her to fetch him some much-needed medication, but no sooner has he begun to climb from his sickbed than Sheila is back on the scene.

Bold and Beautiful Recaps: Wednesday, July 13
A frustrated Ridge phoned Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) in the hopes that the lawman had an update on the hunt for Sheila; he’s disappointed to hear that no real progress has been made. Baker arrives at Brooke’s abode to take Ridge’s admonishment in person and gives Brooke pause when he makes reference to a prison guard, last name Guthrie.
Taylor and Deacon lament the loss of their respective loves… Unable to procure Finn the medicine that he needs herself, Sheila summons Mike Guthrie (Ken Hanes) and demands he makes the run for her. Finn eavesdrops on the pair’s conversation and files away the name of Sheila’s partner-in-crime and his confession to help spring her from jail.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recaps: Thursday, July 14
Brooke ponders why the surname Guthrie struck such a cord… Sheila is thrown when Mike professes his love for her. Finn spooks Mike who makes for the pharmacy. Sheila struggles to keep Finn confined to his bed. Finn makes clear his intention to make contact with Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Pam Douglas (Alley Mills) and Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) welcome Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) back to the Forrester Creations fold. Pam gifts Donna several bottles of honey, and Charlie presents her with a badge that reads Donna Forrester… Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) insists that her and Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) divorce should involve their personal lawyers, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) cautions Quinn against exacerbating tensions. Quinn corners a solo Donna.
B&B Recaps: Friday, July 15
Charlie and Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) arrivals bring a halt to Quinn’s castigation of Donna. Carter and Quinn make jokes at Donna’s expense. Quinn declares herself a lucky woman indeed… Deacon pays Taylor a visit. They playfully tease one another, then get down to discussing all things Sheila adjacent… Sheila shows Finn his death certificate. When Finn once again makes a bid for freedom, Sheila sedates him.
