The Bold and the Beautiful Recaps Highlights

While Zoe (Kiara Barnes) sung Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) praises and poured her heart out to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lange), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), and Eric (John McCook), Quinn was busy agreeing with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) that they mustn’t continue their affair…before proceeding to do the contrary.

The pair were nearly caught in the act of lovemaking by Zoe, who’d let herself into Carter’s loft in order to set up a romantic surprise, but Quinn managed to take refuge under the bed.

After finding Carter in bed, Zoe initially believed him to be ailing; but after finding female clothes strewn throughout the room, she realizes that her ex had been entertaining another woman. Zoe then demands that Carter tell her who he’s been sleeping with – and for how long.

When it became obvious that she would not be receiving suitable answers, Zoe denounces Carter’s actions and flees the dwelling in tears.

A Marriage Story

At Forrester Creations, and later, at the family manse, Eric confided his woes to Brooke and Ridge, and sought their advice on what he should do about his marriage. Despite her unapologetic dislike of Quinn, Brooke cautions Eric to follow his heart – a sentiment that Ridge seconds. After much deliberation, Eric decides that he must fully forgive his wife, and recommit himself to their life together.

Girl Talk

A desperate Quinn summoned Shauna (Denise Richards) and confessed to sleeping with Carter yet again. Quinn also recalled Zoe’s arrival and the young woman’s visceral reaction to learning that Carter had been keeping intimate company with another woman. At the same time, Zoe was bemoaning the development to Paris (Diamond White). Paris attempted to lift Zoe’s spirits, but her efforts proved futile.

Dodging A Bullet

Quinn, Shauna, and Carter took to the CEO office at Forrester Creations to discuss the fling, only to have the meeting interrupted by Zoe. While talking with the trio, Zoe caught sight of a red leather jacket that she remembered eyeing on Carter’s bedroom floor the previous night.

Shauna claimed ownership of the garment and allowed Zoe to believe that she had been the woman sleeping with Carter. Once Shauna and Quinn took their leave, Zoe grilled Carter about his interest in Shauna, and Carter copped to making a mistake – similar to the one Zoe made when she flirted with Zende (Delon de Metz). He then asks Zoe to take him back and the two embrace.

Upon her return home, Quinn was greeted by Eric, who complimented – and even praised – his wife for her loyalty to him and to their marriage, and for her sincere efforts to change for the better.

Eric then apologized for his behavior as of late, and he promised Quinn that he was recommitting himself, fully, to their relationship. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
