The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Thomas Lied, Manipulated, and Proposed?!

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, May 6 features the most manipulative half hour of Thomas’s life. He lied, manipulated, and did the unthinkable to try and win over Hope.

Thomas Crossed The Line
Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) pulled out all the stops to get Hope’s (Annika Noelle) attention and it got messy fast! He not only used his son in this sick game but Caroline’s memory too.

He claimed Caroline knew he still loved Hope and even wanted HER to take on Douglas should tragedy strike. She was Caroline’s choice for a second mom for Douglas! Oh yes, he went there.

Thankfully, none of this sat well with Hope. She started to see through his charade. The kiss, the talk of Caroline, and even pushing her to divorce Liam did not sit right. She was a married woman and she was the only one with the right to change that.

Once Thomas saw he was losing ground he went for the ultimate con. He pulled out the ring he proposed with all those years ago. The huge rock sat in the box sparkling before Hope’s eyes. It represented a life she almost had and once she could claim right now.

Wyatt’s Wrath
Sadly, Thomas’s drama was not just destroying Hope’s relationship. It was wreaking havoc on Sally’s (Courtney Hope) happy home too.

Wyatt (Darin Brooks) confronted her about helping Thomas and he was furious. This was his brother’s family and she sat back and let Thomas run amuck. Sally apologized and begged for understanding but Wyatt was not having it, especially when Sally admitted she thought it’s best for Liam to be with Steffy, too.

Of course, Wyatt failed to mention his own misgivings. Sally kept a secret for an ex while her boyfriend was making out with his.
