The Days of our Lives recap for Monday, May 6 features an emotional day in Salem as the hunt for Holly heated up.

Caught In the Act!
When Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) arrived home, Stefan had to get Gabi out of the house ASAP. Unfortunately, they didn’t know Brady was there, too. He caught them red-handed coming down the stairs.

Thankfully, Gabi thought fast on her feet and came up with a believable whopper to throw Brady off. Her whole plan rides on her being a lone wolf in this game.

Worry and Panic
Speaking of Chloe, she was beside herself over Holly’s disappearance. First, Brady tried to comfort her, and then, Stefan gave it a go. However, she was not going to feel better until the little girl is home.

A Bitter Confrontation
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) got a shock when Victor (John Aniston) let her have it something fierce and even blamed her for the little girl going missing. If she was around, her daughter would still be safe.

An Unexpected Ally
Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) became Nicole’s champion when she stopped Victor in his tracks. She laid down the law and forced him to back off.

Sarah also decided to give up Eric once and for all and move up her wedding date. What better way to celebrate everyone being exactly where they belong, right?

A Horrifying Outcome
Meanwhile, the race to save Holly took a few shocking twist and turns. Ted (Gilles Marini) claimed he could save her, but only if he showed up to get her alone. He knew Rafe would take the bait, which he did.

Once at the hotel room, Ted pretended they were caught and faked the cartel getting away with the girl. This led to a high-speed chase that then led to a horrifying accident.
