Tempers exploded and tears flowed when Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) announced they were taking Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri). The little boy belongs with his dad whether the Logan ladies like it or not.

Of course, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) did not like it and she practically went ballistic. How dare they think they can walk out with the boy? He belongs here with Hope who he now calls mommy. Brooke made it clear if they left with Douglas that Ridge would also leave with her rings.

The Boy Is Mine

Hope (Annika Noelle) begged Thomas to change his mind. She cried about losing another child so soon. He kept Beth from her and now he’s keeping her away from Douglas.

She loves him like her own and needs him in her life. Ridge pointed out the irony. They didn’t show any grace when they were ripping Beth from Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) arms. Why would they expect the same?

In the end, Ridge took his son, his grandson, and Brooke’s rings with him when he left the house. Douglas took time to say goodbye to Hope and gave her his favorite stuffed toy. But, he also shared his excitement over having his dad back. Thomas promised him he’d be a better man and the little guy believed him. In fact, it was his dream come true.

Tensions rose at the main office between Eric (John McCook) and Donna (Jennifer Gareis) over the battle at home. He voiced his concerns for Ridge’s marriage and she did the same. Only, Donna was also worried about Hope.
