The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Tuesday, October 2 features the end of the fight for Will. Judge McMullen issued his ruling, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the courtroom.
Last Words
Judge McMullen (Joe Lando) was ready to say his piece but Katie (Heather Tom) couldn’t help but speak up one more time.
She made it clear this case isn’t a vendetta – she respects Bill but wants what’s best for her son. It’s time someone took control of the situation and give Will the stability he desperately needs.
After she was done, the judge took a few moments to speak to the parents. He admired Katie and Bill (Don Diamont) keeping the case civil and even recognized Bill’s desire to get more involved.
However, his track record speaks for itself. He abandoned Will to chase his own son’s wife and that definitely poses a risk to the boy.
Katie For The Win
The judge gave Katie everything she asked for and it came as no surprise to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) that his old buddy ruled in Katie’s favor but it did shock everyone else.
The Forresters Rejoice
Of course, the Forrester family was more than pleased with McMullen’s decision and word spread through the office like wildfire.
But, Steffy had some reservations about their reactions, especially when it came to her dad. She could just imagine the joy Ridge felt watching Bill’s ship go down.
Breaking the News
Back at Katie’s, it was time to break the news to Will – a task Katie and Bill decided to do together. With Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) by her side and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) by Bill’s, they sat Will down to talk about the changes.
It was an emotional moment for the broken family. Bill took his son in his arms as the tears rolled down his face, and he wondered what the future holds for him and his little boy.
