The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, May 14, 2020, features another look back on Steffy and Liam’s Sydney Opera House wedding. The show rewound to March 21, 2017, for a day of fun, fashion, and a fabulous grand entrance.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
It was Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wedding day but she was all business. She and Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) took to the steps of the famous music venue for a high fashion photoshoot. It was lights, camera, posing, and even a quick Q&A before heading back to the hotel.
A Doting Husband-To-Be
As for the groom, he was tingling with excitement. He was marrying the love of his life (okay) and happy to have his dad by his side. This was not an easy feat for Bill (Don Diamont). He was excited for his son but not so thrilled to be around Ridge. He was still sore that Brooke not only left him for the dressmaker but was also getting married today.
Speaking of Ridge, he took the groom aside for a little chat before the festivities got underway. Steffy is his little girl and the light of his life. His daughter was turning into a powerhouse and Ridge warned Liam better buck up for the ride.
Steffy: A Stunning Entrance
The ceremony began with Ivy announcing the bride’s arrival. In an entrance fit for a Forrester Princess, Steffy zip-lined onto the scene, landing gently by her father’s side. Jaws were still on the floor and there was applause all around when Ridge walked his daughter down the aisle.
The Rivalry Never Ends
Of course, no wedding in soaps can ever go off without a hitch. Thomas (then-Pierson Fode) brought Sally (Courtney Hope) as his guest, and she had a secret. She wasn’t just there to be with him, she was there to snags the first shots of the bride and groom and use them to her advantage. The Spectra team was counting on it. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
