The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, July 1, 2020, takes fans back to Ridge and Caroline’s September 14, 2015 dream wedding. They’re spending the day wrapped up in love and romance while his children are engaged in serious drama.
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) is a man in love and he wants to lock his woman down right away. In fact, puts a rush on things and decides to walk down the aisle in a matter of hours. He’s one lucky man because Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) is on board.
It was off to the beach mansion for the love birds. It was a simple and sweet private ceremony full of wind, flowers, romance, and a whole lot of passion. Don’t worry, though, it’s not a REAL wedding. There’s no officiant, no witnesses, and no paperwork. All that can be done later at city hall one day.
Nevertheless, Ridge was more than happy to marry his second Caroline. Why not? He adored the first one so he just had to have her niece too. Same name, similar looks, and tons of class. What kind of man could resist all that?
Thomas (then-Pierson Fodé) isn’t quite on board, however. He’ll slap on a smile for the happy couple but almost falls apart when they leave the room. Thankfully, Nicole (Reign Edwards) was there with a strong shoulder to lean on. The duo got to talking, which led to flirting and eventually ended with a sultry lip lock.
Across the hall, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) ruffled all kinds of feathers when she fired Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) on the spot. Holding the video over Steffy’s head was not a good look and Ivy must pay for her actions. When Ivy refused, Steffy called in security.
Ivy had no choice but to take her lumps and leave the building. She fought the entire way, though. She was a Forrester, part of the family, and part of the company. She vowed to make Steffy pay for this. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
