The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Pre-Wedding Drama For Liam And Hope!

The Bold and The Beautiful recap for Monday, August 20 features the preparations for Liam and Hope’s wedding — with Taylor trying to stop it all.

Hope Prepared For Her Wedding…
Hope (Annika Noelle) was thrilled to see her sister Bridget (Ashley Jones) return to celebrate her wedding. As they all caught up — and marveled at how big Logan is getting — Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) expressed his doubts about the success of the wedding.

Later, when Liam spoke to Steffy, Ridge looked on suspiciously as his daughter said her final goodbyes to the man she loved. Just before the ceremony, he asked her again if she’d like to leave, but Steffy refused, saying she wanted to be supportive of Hope and Liam.

…And Taylor Tried To Stop It
After getting an earful from Wyatt (Darin Brooks) about forgetting the family he created with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Taylor (Hunter Tylo) came face-to-face with Liam (Scott Clifton).

She made clear that it was Bill (Don Diamont) who screwed up Liam and Steffy’s relationship — a fact which Liam acknowledged. But Liam made clear that while he loved Steffy, his time with her was over, and he was marrying Hope.

Brooke overheard it all and confronted Taylor about her scheming ways. She told Taylor to not come to the wedding, but Taylor refused, saying that she was Steffy’s plus-one. Later, right before the ceremony started, Brooke told Taylor to sit down and stop ruining the day.

But, as Hope walked down the stairs, wearing the same dress Brooke wore to her wedding, Taylor glared at Brooke intently — and Brooke returned the fire. This drama is far from over.
