The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, July 20, 2020, features the first new episode since the COVID-induced hiatus. Carter took center stage in this “catch up” show full of flashbacks and reminders of all that happened before the world shut down.
Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) hung out in the main office with Katie (Heather Tom) going over her new “Welcome Back” campaign for the boutique. However, they had bigger things to discuss, like what happened with all their friends as he was buried in his work.
Katie told him all about the ‘kissgate’ scandal and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) taking off with Shauna (Denise Richards). Brooke was losing Ridge and she was losing Bill all because of one mistake. Or was it a “mistake?” Katie reminded Carter this isn’t the first time Bill and Brooke cheated together.
When Zoe (Kiara Barnes) came in, she and Carter talked about the aftermath of the Terrible Thomas mess. Zoe’s memory flooded with the proposal, the suspicions of it being was all a scheme, the takedown, and Thomas running off. She was used by a monster and it was hard to get over. Thankfully, it is all good now, though. She is a free woman and Carter thinks she can do much better (wink, wink).
The trio then looked back on Sally’s (Courtney Hope) death sentence and Wyatt’s (Darin Brooks) shaky love life. Carter was shocked to hear Sally was dying and they were all in awe about Wyatt and Flo (Katrina Bowden) stepping up.
Little did they know, Sally is not dying at all. Flashbacks showed Sally’s secret scheme and battle to keep her illness under wraps and make sure Flo’s couldn’t say a word to Wyatt. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
