The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Tuesday, July 14, 2020, took fans back to Hope planning her 2012 wedding at the Forrester Mansion. Little did she know her husband-to-be was partying it up with his ex!

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights

Hope (then Kim Matula) was thrilled to marry Liam again, and this time officially. Their Venice union wasn’t legal and she wanted to cement her place in his life. She, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Pam (Alley Mills), and Stephanie (Susan Flannery) busied themselves with fast plans for a quickie ceremony fit for the occasion.

Why Her and Not Me?

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was not quite as happy. She kept Liam close and even tried to talk him out of taking his vows. She reminded him how much fun THEY had. He didn’t have this kind of fun with his fiancé. Liam gently turned her down. They are besties and that’s it.

A Terrible Twist

Back at the mansion, Hope was so thankful that Stephanie got things in place that she asked the matriarch to walk her down the aisle! What could possibly go wrong? Stephanie was happy too and the two shared some laughs. Those giggles turned into a terrifying coughing fit that had them both scared.

Stephanie swore Hope to secrecy. No one could know or they would panic. Hope promised to keep it between them but canceled her pre-wedding dinner with Liam to be by Stephanie’s side. It was an innocent mistake that could cost her! Liam was not happy to be stood up.

Liam Showed His True Colors

The change of plans had Liam miffed. Well, he wasn’t about to sit around the house. This was his last night as a free man and he wanted to make the most of it.
