The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, October 11, 2019, features a day of great relief and massive shockers. Katie got her second chance and Shauna hoped Flo’s sacrifice would earn her way back into the family.

It was a long and exhausting surgery but both Katie (Heather Tom) and Flo (Katrina Bowden) came out on the other side. Everything went as well as expected and it looked like Flo’s good deed was worth the sacrifice.

A Special Request

Katie (Heather Tom) was relieved to wake up and see her family. She was even more relieved to hear her surgery was a success. The prognosis was fantastic and it looked like she’d make a full recovery and live a long, happy life.

The Logans celebrated their good fortune. However, there was one thing missing, Katie wanted to meet her donor. This mystery person laid down their life for her and she couldn’t imagine not saying thank you face to face.

Facing The Music

When the doctor came in to make the request Shauna (Denise Richards) saw no reason for Flo to hide in the shadows. What’s done is done and everyone may as well know. It’s not like Katie can give the kidney back.

Flo was apprehensive but agreed to step into the light. Why not? If Katie wanted to see who saved her life she should get her wish.

In true Drama Queen fashion, Shauna made a huge deal of Flo’s grand entrance. She went into Katie’s room first and took the brunt of all their anger. Then, she turned the tables and introduced them to their hero — her daughter.

It was a jaw-dropping moment when Flo was wheeled into the room. Everyone looked horrified. Was this a mistake or will the family fall into place once the shock wears off?
