The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, January 10, 2020, features a day of shocking ends and brand-new beginnings for the LA elite. Peeping Tom got his way when Hope dumped Liam once and for all while Ridge started over with Brooke.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
Hope (Annika Noelle) was furious catching Liam (Scott Clifton) making out with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). It was bad enough to walk out after the proposal but to come to Steffy’s to sleep and then kiss her too? It was all too much.
Liam made it a point of sharing his own feelings. He loves Hope, he wants to spend his life with her, but he was only even at the cliff house because she chose Douglas (and therefore Thomas) over their love. Yes, she did. And, Hope made it clear she would do it again. Douglas is her son now whether Liam liked it or not.
It’s Always HER
Besides, this love triangle isn’t new. She and Steffy have fought over Liam for the better part of a decade. It’s the reason she went to Europe in the first place. Now, here they are fighting again. He hurt them both over and over and expects them to forgive and forget. Enough was enough and Hope decided to walk away once and for all.
Little did anyone know Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) was hiding in plain sight behind the chain-link fence.
Love Me Forever
Meanwhile, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) continued trying to make up. They went from kissing to talking about Thomas again. Brooke wanted Ridge to move back in but the fighting continued.
Ridge made it clear he was done with Brooke going after his son. Brooke made it a point to insult Thomas at every turn. Ridge wasn’t putting up with it. She can either work to support his children or they’re done forever.
Brooke finally relented. She decided she truly loved Ridge more than she hated his son. Besides, it wouldn’t matter that much anymore since she thought Hope was over accepting Liam’s proposal and their lives would go back to normal with or without the baddie. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
