The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, July 9, 2020, revisits a bombshell storyline from March of this year. It’s a rewind to Thomas and Zoe’s sham wedding that goes off the rails over and over again. If you didn’t see this episode the first time around, grab your popcorn and tune in.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
The wedding was a wild ride from start to finish. Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) was thrilled when Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) ran off and tried to use his son’s tantrum as a way to stall. No go, though. Zoe wanted a commitment right then and there.
Delayed Reactions
Thomas knew all eyes were on him and had to agree with Zoe. Sure, why not leave Douglas to his own devices while they tie the knot and cement their little family. Thomas reluctantly retook his place at the altar and prepared to take his vows.
It was with great disappointment Thomas had to exchange rings, promise himself to Zoe, and hear her say “I Do.” However, when it was his turn to take Zoe as his wife, he stalled as long as he possibly could. And, it paid off.
Hope Stunned Everyone
Just as Thomas thought his scheme was for naught, the woman of his dreams came down the stairs. Hope (Annika Noelle) was in her designer gown at the end of the aisle with Douglas in tow. The jaw-dropping moment had mouths hanging wide open.
Wonder and Worry
Meanwhile, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) got to the office just in time to stop his dad from daydreaming about his ex. It was a good thing too because once Bill starts obsessing he just can’t stop.
The men talked about the happenings at the mansion and wondered how it would all turn out. They prayed Thomas was doing right by Caroline’s son and Hope would stay out of harm’s way. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
