The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, August 20, 2020, features Steffy begging for help, Ridge promising Brooke the world, and Shauna worrying about her future.
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is in real pain and it’s clear that she needs some big-time relief; the kind that only a doctor can offer. However, getting a refill was not easy. Finn (Tanner Novlan) did not mind making a house call, but he was reluctant to write another prescription. Those pills are dangerous and he did not want to take the risk.
Steffy was relentless, though. She turned on the waterworks and batted her eyelashes until Finn finally gave in. Just one more bottle, please, doc? Who could resist a patient in so much distress? Steffy got her way.
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) also got his way. He begged for Brooke’s forgiveness and vowed to make things right. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) was unforgiving at first, but he wore her down. She does love him, after all.
Ridge promised to file the annulment papers immediately, then get back on track to their life together. He had to clean up his mess with Shauna so that he could dedicate himself to Brooke fully and completely. They kissed, and off he went.
Unaware an annulment was coming, Shauna (Denise Richards) told her daughter about the latest happenings. Yes, Ridge had divorced his wife and married her, all in one night. She’s now Mrs. Forrester and living the dream.
Flo (Katrina Bowden) was shocked by the news. She was happy for her mom and truly wished her the best, but worried that it all had happened too fast. Plus, where was this new husband? Even Shauna had to agree that her relationship was less than stellar so far. This was not how she imagined her romance going. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
