The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, May 3, 2021, features Douglas living his best life and letting his inner light shine. Maybe a little too brightly.
The Forrester men took over the main office for some big boy bonding time with Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri). He was excited to have his cottage family back together and bragged to Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) about his super cool stepdad. Liam (Scott Clifton) is just the best!
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) was impressed to see Thomas handle the scene really well. He was even more impressed by how Thomas talked to Douglas about Vinny’s death. Douglas and Thomas agreed Caroline was up in heaven showing Vinny around.
Thomas then got busy putting together Vinny’s memorial. He wanted everyone to remember his best friend the way he did. Vinny was full of life and just wanted those closest to him to have it all.
Speaking of the cottage family, Liam and Hope (Annika Noelle) enjoyed their first morning back together as man and wife. She took Beth to her carpool, he made their favorite omelets, and they talked about how much they enjoyed being a couple again.
All that changed when Hope checked her email. She got the video tribute from Thomas and took a minute to mourn Vinny’s passing. Liam nearly fell apart, though, as he relived Vinny’s death and hallucinated Vinny’s ghost yelling at him through the screen.
Quinn (Rena Sofer) spent the entire night in Carter’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) bed and had no intention of rushing away. The couple had a moment of clarity and guilt when Quinn got a text from Zoe (Kiara Barnes) and they realized the depth of their betrayal. That moment passed, though, and they were rolling in the sheets once again.
Speaking of Zoe, she had a worrisome morning wondering what happened to Quinn last night. Shouldn’t her friend have called with an update? Where is she? Why all the silence? Paris (Diamond White) tried to set her sister’s mind at ease but Zoe was a bundle of nerves. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
