The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Carter Got a Dressing Down on Video

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Tuesday, July 20, 2021, features Carter Walton getting an earful when Eric Forrester got an eyeful. He and Quinn Fuller made many mistakes but one, in particular, could cost them.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights

Quinn (Rena Sofer) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) couldn’t bear to let their love affair end. They wound up back on the couch making out and talking about how right things felt. This could really be something. It’s too bad he would have to pick between her and the Forresters. Alas, they both knew this would have to come to an end.

Brooke Wanted Picked

Meanwhile, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) took the “co-CEO typo” and turned it into a full conversation about her future. Why not give her the position? Oh, sure, it’s Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) job but who cares, right? Besides, Brooke swore it would just be for a few weeks until Steffy was back full-time. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) was not buying it.

Carter’s Close Call

Before the couple could really hash it out, Eric Forrester (John McCook) came in looking for Carter again. Enough was enough and he decided to call his friend. Carter and Quinn jumped when the phone rang; he answered only to discover it was a video call. Quinn ducked for cover with under a second to spare. What they neglected to hide was her dress. Whoops.

The Forresters teased Carter about his mysterious lady friend – none of them (including Brooke) even considered it was Quinn. Instead, Eric rolled through the conversation and asked Carter to get dressed, come to the office, and get started on his divorce.

Once Carter hung up, he and Quinn agreed they couldn’t see each other anymore. He could not risk losing everything he held dear including his job and his friends.

Is Finn Joining the Forrester Team?

Over at the Cliff House, Steffy got to work with Paris (Diamond White). They went over notes for the charity and talked about the addiction work they wanted to do. It is a cause close to Steffy’s heart. Finn (Tanner Novlan) piped in and gave his medical opinion which led to the ladies discussing him taking an advisory role for the foundation.
