The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Bill Makes Threats!

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, August 24 features a day filled with both love and hate, courtesy of the Spencer family.

Liam and Hope’s Honeymoon
On the love side, Liam (Scott Clifton) and Hope (Annika Noelle) enjoyed a romantic staycation honeymoon at Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) cabin in the woods.

The honeymoon featured champagne, massages, and bad accents courtesy of the wishy-washy Liam. Hope, of course, fell more in love with her baby daddy.

Katie Makes A Move
On the hate side, Bill (Don Diamont) rushed a deal with the Asian Consortium so he could be with his son.

Before he got to Katie’s, Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) tried to convince Katie (Heather Tom) that she should file for sole custody of Will (Finnegan George). Katie hesitated, but just as she was about to come to a decision, Bill showed up to pick up his son.

Thorne then dropped the bomb about Katie’s move for sole custody.

Needless to say, Bill was not pleased with the news. He protested, but Katie informed him that she was sick and tired of Bill letting down their little boy.

When Katie brought up his missed opportunity to raise Liam and Will, Bill blamed their respective mothers for being selfish. He then promised to make Katie regret it if she tried to take his son away from him.

Across town, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke talked about Katie’s dilemma. Brooke didn’t like the custody idea, but Ridge tried to reassure her that Thorne would be in Will’s life if Katie’s petition was successful.

Brooke said she would support Katie no matter what she decided to do, but she was against the idea of keeping a father away from his child.
