The Bold And The Beautiful Recap (BB): Steffy Confessed To Liam She Did A Bad, Bad Thing

The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) recap for Tuesday, January 2 features heartache for for both Liam and Carter.

You’re The Father!
Liam (Scott Clifton) presented Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) with the paternity test paper he found in her purse, demanding an answer! Steffy tried to pass off the test as routine, noting that Liam is her baby’s daddy!

Liam, going into Columbo mode, figured out Steffy was unfaithful with him the night she spent in the Forrester guest house. He thinks she cheated on him with ex-hubby Wyatt! Steffy said no. It was your father! (Ouch.) Liam looked like his world just collapsed from underneath him.

You’re The Grandfather!
Bill’s semi-secure that Liam will never find out the he slept with his daughter-in-law and the baby’s paternity was in question. Justin (Aaron D. Spears) told Bill (Don Diamont) he’s a good father — even though Bill has punched his son, blew up a building he was in, and slept with his wife.

Carter’s Confession
We finally learned what Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) has been doing off-camera all this time — pining for Maya (Karla Mosley)!

Carter brought Maya some papers to sign but she picked up on the fact that he’s preoccupied. He regrets not being more accepting of her when he first found out she is transgender.

Maya told him forget about it. Carter said he misses their time as a couple. Maya explained that she’s happy with Rick (Jacob Young) and she won’t mention this to him.

Giving Thanks
Rick thanked Nicole (Reign Edwards) for acting as a surrogate so he and Maya could have baby Lizzie. Nicole said she’s going to stay in L.A. long enough for the new website to launch but then she’ll be back for a fashion show. It’s a good thing we have the company jet, Rick said.
