The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Baby Beth Became Phoebe Forrester!

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, January 31 features an episode full of emotion, suspicions, and shocking questions!

It’s a Girl!
Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) rushed to the Cliff house after getting an urgent message from Pam, delivered by hand. He was sure something was wrong but what he found was much more curious than he ever thought.

Instead of something being wrong with Kelly, something fishy was in the air. Taylor (Hunter Tylo) broke the news about the adoption. Not only is their daughter getting a new baby, but she’s coming home today!

While that was a shocker, no one could prepare Ridge for what happened next. He opened Taylor’s briefcase and saw all the cash.

Sure, adoption fees can be high, but there’s no way it could cost $20,000, Ridge was immediately suspicious and hoped Taylor knew what she was doing.

What Went Wrong?
Meanwhile, Hope (Annika Noelle) and Liam (Scott Clifton) met with their doctor to go over details of their baby’s demise.

Reese (who just finished dealing with the goon) came in at exactly the wrong moment. Dr. Lin (Jeanne Chin) was trying to explain how it was the perfect storm, and Reese found himself in the hot seat.

Reese (Wayne Brady) did his best to appease Hope with a play by play but it wasn’t enough. His guilt began to get to him so he made a quick escape.

Signed, Sealed, Delivered
Back at the apartment, Flo (Katrina Bowden) had serious cold feet, especially after learning the paper would be filed with the court. This put Flo in a tough spot. She’ll forever be on record as the baby’s mother.

However, she was in too deep and had to sign. She, Carter, and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) put pen to paper and made it “official.”

Minutes later, Steffy had her new daughter in her arms. Phoebe’s hers and she promised Flo she would love this little girl forever.
